The Ugly green house

Taking measurements when it's 100 degrees outside is a HUGE mistake....! 

but we got it done! yay! Now we can start designing a new interior.

Accepted!

The offer on our future home was accepted! YAY! :) We close June 27th! The home is in Durham... 

Why Durham? Because we refuse to move to the sticks.. we love the city life. We love old trees and sidewalks. we want to sit outside our porch and actually see people walking by. We believe in community!

Life goes on!

With my new job, Alex and I think we should move. We finally can afford to start to save. It's about that time. We've been in our little duplex on Clark Ave for almost three years! We became an us in there! I'm am going to be sad, but life goes on.....

The house on Clark is getting older and we don't want to put any money into it. It's not ours, so why fix it. Also we think our baby penguin is just too big for the space. She puts everything into proportion. Yes we are only a short walk away from the Teeter, and Pullen... we'll try to look around here! We love the neighborhood! 

We don't have much time to keep everyone updated, so we will try to keep you updated on this!
